I had given my Qualis for servicing at HBR layout Banaswadi Nandi Toyota everything was good after giving service my brake system and fuel tanks gauge giving problem.
I have complaint on the same but after giving the vehicle the problem could not be rectified, the service advisors also negligence they are ready to escape from the problem not to solve the problem before giving service the brake systems working fine and good now there saying to replace whole brake drum and brake pad and the brake light was not glowing, they could not check the small earthing wearing which was a loose connection, break bulp was wrongly connected.
Still now problems repeating everything was good after giving only problems occurring the service advisor and the electricians or not well qualified not friendly for customer works on the attitude and not on customer complaint the local electrician has repaired within 1 minutes, which can be done by the showroom people I think the showroom people has to take a training from him please help me to resolve this problem
