We have driven our Corolla Atlis(automatic version) for only 32575 kms .Recently Toyota dealer MGF Toyota Sec 14 conveyed that there is a defect in steering assembly .We were shocked to know that a car can have defect in steering assembly SO SOON. In our family we have all the brands starting from BMW, VW, Skoda, Honda & Hundai. Many of them have crossed 1 lakh km still there in no issue with the steering assembly.


THIS IS COMPLETELY MANUFACTURING DEFECT ON PART OF TOYOTA IF STEERING IS GETTING DAMAGED AFTER DRVING ONLY 32575 KM.


We faced similar issue with brakes after few months of buying the car. This was rectified after changing the master cylinder.


We trusted the brand but having two major issues after driving 32575 km, we are highly disappointed with TOYOTA.


Never ever we have faced such issues with any other brand.


Moreover dealer MGF Toyota Sec 14 was trying to make their own money .There approach was very casual. I met their service manager Himanshu who was not able to explain any genuine reason for early damage of steering. We was making excuses that there is nothing we could do, as the car is out of warranty, else we could have done it on the cost of Toyota.Excuses were given in terms of technical terms which was hard for us to understand.


I kept on requesting him to make me meet GM Ajay but he kept on refusing claiming that he is in a meeting. I waited for almost 2 hrs but still services GM Ajay didn’t meet me.


GM SERVICES IS SUPPOSED TO ENTERTAIN CUSTOMERS RATHER THAN HAVING EXCUSES OF MEETINGS.


There was even a scratch on main driving door due to mishandling of dealer MGF. They never informed me and when I bought it to the notice of Manager Himanshu & Advisor Vikram they took it very casually & advised that we can only do the touch up.


Initially we got in touch with Customer Relation Manager Varun Gupta Toyota Kirloskar.But we were surprised to know that Mr Gupta was trying to protect the dealer rather than assisting the customers.He straightway refused to help us in any way.


Other than steering assembly issue, we have mentioned few other issues we faced with Dealer MGF in our mail. But we were shocked to see Mr Gupta response, as he has not addressed any of them.


This clearly indicates that Toyota Kirloskar Customer Realtion Manager is working for TOYOTA DEALER & NOT FOR TOYOTA CUSTOMERS.


TOYOTA INDIA STOP FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS FOR CREATING THIS CHANNEL & CHEATING THEM.
