I had been koramagala titan Eye , I did a wrong thing and decided not to go anymore in my life there.
One good thing the ophthalmologist who tested my eye was good and equipment they used were highly sophisticated.
Few bad things I observed.
- I purchased a pair of glasses. I had already old glasses of mine, guy who saw the my glasses first said it is PP material then I asked how does it cost at your place he quoted 2000/- I said I had same make and same material quoted earlier from other shop at much lesser price. Then he looked at my glass and said it is Plastic. I questioned him boss just now you old my old glass as PP and with anti glare coating and after mentioning price how to you are saying they are plastic and with coating.
their technicians are unskilled.
2. I ordered 2 pair of glasses and they took almost 35 mins to make my bill.
- they asked me to sign a document saying my frame can get broken when trying to fix the glass, I said boss what if I buy fram now and come for replacement of my glasses after some days. He said same even if the fram was purchased warlier as it is a new order they are not responsible for frame.
3. They will server the tea only when you sign the order. Cheap mentallity, it is ok do not serve tea/coffee to anybody.
- When I went for delivery , after 2 days what they actually promised , glassed were not ready and I had to wait 1 hour to get glasses.
what I observed in 1 hours was
- frame they have purchased about 35 days back the nose frame(frame between nosepads) has lost it's strength behaves like rubber.
F**king guys are least bother about the quality of service.
I recommend people not to go to TITAN EYE+ and buy mental agony and cheap material paying a premium price.
