"Mistake done by me not from them because I have not gone throw their reviews before product purchase "
Past Experience: I bought a fasttrack sunglasses from Titan Eye plus, Near PVS Circle, Mangalore about 1 and half year before, handle got broken. As no warranty left, I jointed with feviquick :) But they replaced nose pads free. [ and sales guy said it have to be replaced every 3 month, we will do it for free ( hope it may help other who bought eyewear from them)]
Present Experience: As I work using laptop, I decided to buy a eye gear to protect eyes. Recently went to same shop tested eyes, selected frame which is less bulky and glass which is high quality.
Item details and price: Steppers frame, SEP16AW Lens Fsv white Pc. total cost 6100 they gave me 25% discounts! paid 4570 or so.
Paid 50% advance. delivery was 4-5 days after that. As I came back I was searching reviews on mouthshut. Came to know that they even didn't delivered items even after paying advance. As shop is 50km from my place, I decided to call them instead of going there and wasting my valuable time. From their side they said it will be ready next day. when I called next day, they said me to come at evening or they will call me. As they have not called, I gave a call to confirm about delivery. said me to wait for another day. So next day said it will be ready at evening, and told me to come at evening. so I said keep it ready I will come next day morning. when I visited shop at morning, it was not ready. said me to come at evening. As I said I want it now and all, they said me to wait for 30 min...i waited for hour at shop itself and taken delivery.
moral of the my experience: I liked the product, but service is worse which was not expected. So don't expect good service from them.
