I booked Balaji Package from Manish travels on 29 June 2015. They told that the package includes Rs 300 Ticket. When we reached there the guide simply told that all will be going by free darshan.
I asked that we were informed that the package includes he suddenly started talking in the local language. I did not understand but a guy in the group told that the matter will be settled later and everyone is going by free darshan only. When everything was over I asked again for the reimbursement the person simply told that he will not refund the amount and do what ever you can.
This was not the only disaster, there was a family whose members do not eat rice. In the meal the quantity of chapati was limited to one. When they told that there is a medical issue with one of them the guy suddenly started misbehaving. I sincerely do not recommend this travels especially if you are travelling with family. They know that you are an outsider and can be looted fooled and mistreated. The crew people in my trip were misbehaving and adamant.
