Hi all

I struggled to find best service but later I have found 2 Pest control services,
Aishwarya Bhawan Pest control service (ABPCS)and
Pest Control India Ltd (address below)

Aishwarya (ABPCS) gives service for one time Rs 900 goes for 3-4 months, this includes either chemical spray or Gel service to flat/house ( no more details). I asked if after a week/month cockroach appears again than do I have to pay again, they said no.
 
Now I enquired PCIL, here funda is different. I mean Rs 1500 for 600 sqft living area, Rs 1800 for upto 600 sqft flat and 2600 for rest. this is called gold-shield service and is Annual maintenance contract, I mean 3 times in an year. and free service if more insenct coming before next 4 months. PCIL techinician suppose to come and use spray as well as Gel depending on the holes, source of insects and usable area(kitchen/sink/bathroom/bedroom).
I am yet to call one of them. most probably I am going to call PCIL.
