I happened to read reviews dated 3th Nov running down Godrej and 4th Nov praising PCI.

Posting on 4th Nov sounds as sales pitch of PCI ! As customers you don’t talk about branches in all cities

or spray in drains –do we care? You see lot of such clues in the posting of 4th, 3rd Nov and in some of the earlier postings, including one that talks about franchisee fee – do we care as customer on franchisee fee?

When one reads them it comes across that these postings are being done at the behest of the competing pest control firm and trying to make its sales pitch. One guesses that firms are running out of ideas to hold its market position, nervous over loose of control over market and  unable to combat war at market place.

Is it not silly for firms to underestimating customers capability to differentiate between geniune customer posting to share experience and planted postings done with malacious intentions or self promotion. 

It is time we get quality reviews from real customers in this section of mouthshut.com else the site is not adding value to customers.  Hope mouthshut guys are noticing.
