I live in  Bangalore   and had  availed the Services from Godrej Hicare for Cockroaches.
During their promotional camp in our Appartment, they promised moon, it sounded like a great solution from a  well known Brand.

In Sept’06    Godrej Hicare  person came  and did the treatment with a  suggestion that We should call them after 4 weeks(  one month)  on the effectiveness of the treatment.
WE signed for a year contract  for Rs 2550/ with   2   additional services in 5th and 12th Month.

For first  few days there was  a visible impact as lots of Cockroaches died, but slowly  new one surfaced after   15-16 days time. 
When we called the Godrej Hicare- We never anticipated the Ordeal and frustating experience  we will ever go thru.  In last 10 days   we had called the  Customer service ( which seems to be call center)  almost  6- 8 times, everytime new  voice and name to ask us for the entire case history  and  promising us to send the person.
 
Till date  nothing has hapened and we have lost the hope on Godrej Hicare.
In Fact  I am planning to lodge the format complaint in Consumer court against the  Godrej Hicare local operation on mis leading  and duping the customer.

I would strongly recommed the other  unhappy user  to  take up the matter  up with Consumer  court.

That is the only way out to  get the   fair deal.
