I am sure everyone out there has his/her all-time favourites. So do share it with others in this forum.
Here I go:- 1)
Basic ingredients for the gravy:

Onions, chopped finely
-- Green chillies according to your taste
-- Tomatoes, chopped
-- Capsicum, sliced
-- Garlic paste, 1 table spoon
-- Cashewnut paste, 3 table spoons
-- Garam masala, 1 table spoon
-- Cumin, 1 tablespoon
-- Butter
-- Oil
-- Salt to taste
-- You can use any of the following items:-
-- Potatoes
-- Paneer
-- Cauliflower
-- Chicken or any meat
Method:
Heat oil and add the cumin till it crackles
Add the onions and fry till golden brown
Next add the garlic paste and tomatoes and fry will all water has evaporated
Add the capsicum and fry for another min.
Add your fav item and cook them till done.
Add Garam masala, chillies, cashewnut paste and salt and stir till the gravy thickens.
Before serving, add a blob of butter.
Here I go again:- 2)
Pasta, any kind, boiled and drained
Your fav soup mix
Pepper
Cheese (cheddar or modzarella), grated
Any fresh herb
Cook the soup mix as per instruction.
Add pepper
Once the soup is done, add in the pasta and pepper
Cook for a min or so
Serve with cheese on top and herb.
P.S: You can also cook the above as minnestrone soup by adding your veggies.
Eat when you are hungry.....stop when you are not
