This company sells certificates that you redeem for a weeks stay at resort hotels and time shares that would normally go unused. My first stay with them was at a very run down hotel on Grand Bahama Island. Their literature says they personnally inspect every property they represent, but that was not the case with my hotel. I was later refunded my membership for that year.

The second chance I gave them was to find a hotel for a week in Orange County, CA. They require 6 months leadtime for high season travel, which I gave them. With 4 weeks before my requested travel date, they let me know that they were unable to find ANY properties available and my certificate was returned to me to try again, with another trip 6 months in the future.

The president is Mr. Joe Crowder, and they are based in Seminole, FL. I have returned my 6 certificates and asked for a full refund of $2594 paid for them. I have yet to get a response. STAY AWAY SO YOU’RE NOT BURNED LIKE ME.
