Many times we got motivated of starting reading books, But however we fail to continue it for many days. so here is some of the effective ways to start and making habit of books reading.
If you are a beginner, or get fresh motivation for reading any book, please apply this technique.
- Don't read it.:
As your first day, read book only for 15 minute or 3 pages only, and strictly, even if you want to read more.
You might be thinking why to read only 5 pages? You know, why you do not open book for next days, because first day you had a reason and second day you had left no reason to open it again. if you read book furiously and instantly from your first day, you might lose your curiosity and interest. and brain does like to be bore, he always want something interesting, so make it interesting. Also with this way you will understand book nicely and perfectly.
- Scale your graph up:
On the next day you can upgrade to 2 more page now read 5 pages of book. in two days you total read 8 pages.
and so on increase everyday by one or Two. page up to your 1 hr reading. don't exceed your boundary 1 hr, means one hrs, don't read more than one hr. for month.
- Improve and Evaluate:
It's also bore your brain to Follow steps like a fool, without improvisation and evaluation.
so every-day after reading think what you did mistakes in reading. you notice how often you go in to your thoughts still reading but not understanding anything, Next day try to improve your attention time full for one page and take 1 min. rest after complete one page.

please don't over think or get depressed by your too much thought distraction and imagination disturbance. it will solve in one month and you will become super focus. you noticed you developed your Patience and Patience is not Taught-able it's developed by experience.
