Well if you are not a good reader than don't worry, first of all you need to generate your interest in reading . so you can start with comic books and story books these books generates your interest in reading books .
after that you need to go for read about life of our great leaders and monks, like swami Vivekananda and Mahatma Gandhi that generate fire of energy in your body .
then you can go ahead in reading books you never looks back . then you starts stealing times for reading books . but if you have lack of interest in reading books than you must try these steps .
