I have purchased 1 year support package from helpr for pest control at my home. As per the contract they supposed to do it 3 times in a year and if problem persist then they will do in between as many times as needed. However just within a month of first service I see cockroaches again at my home. So I called them to do 2nd round of service on 18th September 3 pm but the person didn't turn up. When I called the service person informed that he will be not able to make it on that day. A full Sunday I wasted by sitting at home waiting for them. They don't even bother to inform me in advance.
Anyway as told by the customer care I rescheduled this again on 26 the September 1 PM. I took off from my office for this work but this time also service person didn't turn up. When I called I was informed he can not make it today.
I requested for refund but they don't agree. I sent mail to them they don't bother to reply.
Very unprofessional service.
