Contacted this company on October 17 to schedule a preventative RTN Pest control service for our new home.
Scheduled an appointment for the afternoon of October 20 for a free estimate. A few hours before a technician was due to arrive, I received a call from the company saying the person who was supposed to come called out that morning. For one that's unprofessional and two that's not my problem.
They called back and asked if it was okay if we did a phone interview. I said sure and answered all of the questions asked. At the end of the call, I was told they'd prepare an estimate and send it via email that evening or Friday morning.
It's now been a week and I still have not heard back from anyone. Tried to support a local business, instead we decided to go with a national company. Oh well.
