We bought the Modular Kitchen from Somajiguda branch of Home Center with heavy budget, who have not installed the pull up units properly. Right from the date of installation last month, inspite of complaints to the service team Sathish and the sales Seenu, no response has come and we risk the falling apart of the glass doors and create accidents. We were told of lifetime warranty of hardware and it is not even a month old.The call centre also does not care to register complaint quoting only furniture complaints will be registered. Where do we go to get a redressal, if a reputed company like Lifestyle International does not care about serious safety issues? Also no warranty card has been given
