Induction cook tops reality..

I am a retailer in Chandigarh and we sell Induction cook tops. Like many of the comments here, I agree to the fact that Prestige is good for nothing, neither the product and nor the services, we experience the same and my sympathy goes to all former prestige users. But its not the end of the induction cook tops, in fact I just began, There are many brand in the market which expertise in the field of cooking, including Usha(using it myself), Tempo(Made in Japan and NOT China) and many other.

The point is not which induction cook top you use but how you use it. Here are some tips that we give to our customtakeouters:-)

  1. Always use the recommended utensils on the cook top, sometimes some alloy made utensils may work on the cook top but it may harm the magnetic field of the cook top.

  2. If you spill something on the cook top, don't be in a hurry to clean it, remember, the plate is warm and if you wipe the plate with a wet / cold cloth, it may cause miniature cracks to develop on the head of the cook top and it will lead to decline in efficiency. Wait for ten minutes for it to cool down, then wipe it.

  3. After using the cook top don't turn the main power off immediately, in some cook tops, the cooling fan rotates even after you turn off the cook top from the panel, wait for the fan to stop and then turn the switch off.

  4. The control panel is not a piano, so it should not be over used and always protected from water and children.

  5. Don't move the position of the utensil while the cook top is on.

Remember these tips and it will help you complaint less.
