My name is* and I am working as a sales associate. Last year(2015) Nov 14th I have filed a complaint about my Prestige induction stove issue.
Fact is no one cares about my complaint and nobody took any action till now.
At least I have contacted 12 to 13 times to the customer care service they said that "We will escalate your complaint sir." I know about customer services because I am a sales associate in a leading company. so please try to understand my problem. My complaint number is CHEN1488395 and one more thing this is the worst experience which I have faced in my entire life.
