1.Just while Aksar is about to lose its “nasal” nation wide effect on the nation, Tom Dick and Harry had “Zara Jhoom Jhoom”, by Himesh. I guess it will not last anymore.Himesh, though will still be in the top 3 slots, for the nex t 15 days.

Himesh- 36 China Town

“Aashiqui main teri” is a real catchy song and the unavoidable remix version will surely rock the dance floors in the coming few weeks, it is already doing so, nevertheless.

Pritam- Gangster

‘Tu hi meri Shab hai” is a refreshing composition by Pritam after the smashing success of “Dus”. Soulful lyrics by Sayeed Quadri and the enhancement(for good) remix version is also good. KK is undoubtedly the best for Pritam, considering the “Dus” craze!

Good going Pritam.

Jatin-Lalit-Fanaa

“Chand Sifarish” by Kailash Kher is great melody to ears. Never mind the intermittent doses of DDLJ in this song. If it is signature composition, then so be it. Jatin-Lalit have been doing quite a few good work in the past. All I have to say, is that this particular song is a mix and closely follows the style of DDLJ, Junoon, and the “clap” resmbles AR Rahman’s “Bombay”

All in all, we get some respite from the nasal cords. This is including Himesh, who has done a smart modulation in Humko Deewana Kar Gayee and now in 36 China Town. His one good composition in “Banaras” too went unnoticed, like the film itself. Never mind.
