Photons,Interference,Quantum theory...seems like being back in college doesn’t it.Alas,wish college had been this interesting.Its all there in this novel by Michael Crichton,but instead of moaning you’ll actually enjoy it.The story is about the existence of parallel universes...and so on,some scientific crap.But,basically a company manages to be able to travel back through time.But,unlike the usual time-travel stories,this is different.A group of students travel back through time to rescue their professor who is stuck in the medieval ages.But,unknown to them,another man from their time lies in waiting to kill them all.Then,all hell breaks loose.They have to face Knights,beautiful maidens who betray them and a whole lot of other stuff.Well,what can I say,instead of reading this review here,I think it is much better if you read the novel.Absolutely fascinating,definitely one of Crichton’s best.
