Story:

Imagine been able to travel in the past or go ahead of time and look what the future has in stored for you. No I am not talking about Jadoo… (I know you guys are already bored of watching jadoo in KMG… and the successive reviews on the same lolz!!)

A wise word, before you start…

As this book talks about traveling in the 4th dimension in space namely “Time”, before you start reading this book you need to clear your basic fundamentals of geometry, you must know that there are four dimensions in space, namely length, breadth, height and Time... If you still remember your fundamentals, then you get my go ahead and reading this book. If not, then get the basics clear first ;o)

Do you seriously believe that that machine has traveled into time?

If someone is making a machine like thing disappear in front of your eyes as close as 2 to 3 feet away and says that the machine has traveled through time, Will you believe him? Now, you and I will definitely not believe and would probably say what a piece of scrap was that? But then the group of friends actually starts a classic piece of argument about weather the machine has traveled to past or future? Each has his own way of arguing if the machine has traveled to past it should have been there yesterday and day before… and if it has traveled to future it should be there right now as we are continuously going to the future. Logical hmmm!! But none of us still would believe that one can travel through time…

I intend to explore time, is that plain? I was never more serious in my life.

What will you do if you come to a dinner party and a friend comes in late with torn clothes, full of dust and his body with cut marks? When asked ‘what on earth have you been up to, man?’ He plainly replies ‘I am going to wash and dress and then I will come and explain things… save me some of the mutton. I’m starving for a bit of meat?’ ok so now he has feed and ready to tell us this story of traveling in future…

It’s too long a story to tell over greasy plates, oops!! Over 8000 characters which MS allot for a review… lolz!!

If I ask, what do you expect the world to be like some 1000’s of years from today, most obvious ans would be a highly developed society, with great intellect people and the society full of gadgets or something superior to gadgets… our author also traveled to future with these expectations… But what actually the future has in stored for us… I mean… for the next 100th generation of ours ;o)? Our time traveler finds something quite contrary to his expectations…

Just imagine while you are traveling in the future and you halt to take a look as to what exactly the future looks like, you loose your vehicle, I mean the machine on which you were traveling… how will you feel? A strange animal in an unknown world…Then the hardships and danger you have to face to get the machine back and then to travel back to your own world to tell this story…

Phew! I can’t describe the way our author has put the whole experience in marvelous words and phrases. I needed a dictionary to understand all the words and am sure my vocabulary has bettered after reading this lolz! You too can achieve this …

Now for those lazy bumps who have no work in office and free internet access you can grab a softcopy of this classic book at https://planetpdf.com/planetpdf/pdfs/free_ebooks/The_Time_Machine_NT.pdf I completed it just before writing this review… go get it
