Tikona is the wireless Broadband connection in our area, I am very satisfied with Tikona service. I choose tikona because I heard its best in our area, Specially in Delhi.
I choose package of Rs 1000 which gives you 75Gb of data at speed of 8mbps. Usually there are times when there are some connectivity issue, but it doesn't last longer than 4hours. If it does, the customer care usually have no clue what to do either. If they successfully decise that there is technical problem causesing you a connectivity error, then they transfer you to a technical guy, who take care of the problem remotely.
Despite some complaint, I should give it to Tikona for being almost always on even during the Chennai Floods. Even Airtel went out, but Tikona made it through most of the tough times. I will PERSONALLY recommend Tikona.
