Tikona is one of the Internet service provider which introduced in market with vast range of offers. But tikona failed to keep the promise of better service and better quality.
I would say local network operates provide better service than tikona.
I have faced a pathetic experience with tikona wifi service. Tikona wifi modem was not working. So I could not use internet. I have raised a complaint to tikona and mentioned that I was not getting internet. In spite of mentioning the same charges were levied and the service gesture of the tikona executive was not good.
Technically tikona failed make a good impression either with speed or service or value for money or followup etc etc.
