Let me stat by saying if you are unsatisfied with there services these people will force you to use it even after you call them 10 times to disconnect the service. I had paid for 10mbps but reciven only 6mbps plan every morning and evening due to technical issues the net will be down. And when called the custom care they begged us to give them another chance. next month again the problem started and we called to disconnect the internet after 1 hour of arguing the executive says he has no idea why I was calling him. Finally my husband disconnected the connection from our modem n didn't pay next months bill btw the bill's are perpaid not post paid . they kept calling everyday for us to pay the bill were we told themwe want the service to be forfeited. still they called us n told us that they will not cancel the service n would be sending a recovery agent to collect the bill amount. this has been going on for three months now n finally I got fedup with these people harassing me today I launched a formal complaint with cunsumer affair of india. will update what happens next.
