Hi I was a consumer of tikona and I live in new Delhi . It is no doubt that they provide good services in reasonable price. even the customer care was supportive and they really believe in customer service. there was a time when I faced a lot of issues with tikona and was not happy with the services as they were not providing the services up to the mark and sometimes it was even difficult to access the internet and you simply have to live without Facebooking and doing your important stuff on internet but still I was able to tolerate that just because of the good customer care service. at the end of the day I was paying money so I had to ensure that I was getting the services worth it.
Later on I got a service which was able to provide me 20mbps internet speed and 50 mbps peering speed even in a more cheaper price than what I used to pay to tikona . so earlier I was able to download a movie say around 5 hours now I am able to do that in 3 minutes.
There is a lot of difference . so I am not trying to advertise or promote the internet service provider I am using but when you talk about the value for money and the services you can get from the market which is growing day by day with lot of new options obviously you will think for once that, can tikona adapt with the competitive change in the market or it will fade away like nokia.
Yes, A company with such a good customer service is worth talking about.
