I used tikona internet since two years.Tikona provide good internet speed according to various plans.I used 2mbps-30GB plan.It is good internet service provider which gives better internet facilities with budget amount.The only problem I face is that its connectivity.
Sometimes it is not connected to internet and require sometime to connect.And live chat also not always present.But I am sure it will improve its service because not everything is perfect.
Overall I suggest you to give a chance to tikona.
