So as per the previous reviews of the many EX TIKONA harassed consumers
we all could see that Tikona as a service has failed to deliver value for money services and the most interesting part of their service is the customer care. They are so so good at making you feel important while they let you suffer with the low quality of the service. Frequent disconnections to non existent service is the hall mark of their service. Its a postpaid service with ADVANCE rentals. So pre-paid in disguise for a service which is not reliable. You're damned if you pay and haunted and manipulated to pay if the bill is overdue offcourse with the threat of lowering of the credit score and no disconnection provided.
In the direct words of an executive: IF YOU DISCONNECT. YOU. HAVE TO PAY and no waiver given for non-usage of services.( read AUTOCRACY .read UNDEMOCRATIC.read MANIPULATION.read COERSIVE tactics)
LEAVE and we will torture you psychologically.
So my fellow consumers who work hard to save for a better future for your families. you might be better of paying 900 to a SIP account or a balanced fund or quality services like hathway( twice the speed at same price) than investing yourprecious time energy and resources for a company which clearly has capitalism at their core values and customer service as a fascade to attract the unsuspecting gullible consumer.

So hats off to Tikona and its great value driven team. You got my hard earned money by crushing my hand under the rock through your sweet coated coersive tactics but have lost the many enlightened fellow consumers from losing out their hard earned resources and their precious time and work through the knowledge of the review of a harassed fellow consumer.
