I had to use tikona as in my area hatway was not available, I had the worst experience with this internet service provider.first they guarantee you will get 2 mb/s surfing speed so the download and upload would be around 300- 360 kb/s,
The bandwidth is not constant at any time, the connection always fluctuates so you'll get less speed than guaranteed . your precious work will not be completed if you work from home using internet
they use devices which breaks down in few days so you have to call there customer support, I think I have made more calls to them any person(hilarious)
The service again would be poor as the internet goes down more frequently than its working . so I suggest try other provider than tikona
