It is the worst and poor internet service. Very very poor internet speed they provide the connection gets lost twice a day and it gives you the pain to reconnect.
When you will try to customer executive over the phone call you will barely get a chance to talk to customer support person and if somehow it gets connected then somehow it will get disconnected in between.
I have used it for 5 months approximately as where I live there was no other service provider available. I asked them to terminate the connection but they did not terminate it and created the bill even after I stopped using it and removed the modem and wifi device from my place.
After generating the unnecessarily they used to call me up to pay the bill, I declined to pay it when I haven't used it so.
Then they start calling from the kacheri and asking to make the payment otherwise we will file a case on you but originally I found it too as a fake call.
These tikona guys are pathetic, creepy, filthy and much more. never use their service.
