If anybody is planning to take a tikona broadband service, please DO NOT take it, service is horrible, even worse people, & absolutely no ETHICS! no complains are taken seriously, ever time I needed to make a complaint, I had to write to the CEO of the company, that how wow they made my experience, can you beat that, when a service gets resolved after the CEO pushes them, you can imagine how bad the service would be.
worse was I told them to remove to discontinue and they came to do it after a 1 month and then had the audacity to ask me for the bill to be paid, I mean YOUR FREAKING SERVICE DIDNT EVEN WORK, WHAT ARE YOU ASKING MONEY FOR? and when I denied they told me they will take it to legal, and the legal guy called me demanding me for the money like he gave the best service in the whole wide world and paying him had to be done.
People at tikona you guys should shut down and go home and find for other ways of robbing people.
