This company dont even deserve to exist in India.Their so called internet service never works.and when the wind is flowing in your direction you may get internet for fraction of a second and goes away immediately. Dont even bother to call customer care because it is not even there.The lady attend the phone and say(as if she is tuned to say certain words)that she will send person.If you ask her anything the answer is always I am sending a mechanic but no one gives a F*ck.On the other hand they are very disciplined when it comes to sending you the bills.And mind you that even if you dont get internet not even one day you must pay the bill.Failing so some one who claims as a lawyer will call you immediately and ask you to report to court next day.Any other country this company would not even exists one day. All you can do is curse yourself for being in this country.So good luck if you heard this word TIKONA
