I feel this review is:
Well I have been using the tinkona broadband for last 1 year and recently discontinued their services. I had a 6Mbps connection but speed hardly ever touched 2 Mbps. Reaching its customer care is like meeting up with PM they rarely pick up all call go to only IVR and compaints are only registered on IVR. Its services are never satisfying, will not get as promised and paid for. Harassing customers is top on their list. Even if I had mailed and asked for removing the connection. No one ever came to collect the reciever and stuffs and they are charging for that the connection is not revoked so I have to pay. Well its the worst ISP never go for it.
