I have been using tikona for last 2 years. I have encountered few issues with the network but the customer service staff is quite keen and helpful in resolving the problem. Earlier I had used some other network but It used to be off for most of the time so I choose to switch from that network to this network. video don't buffer on mobile but on PCs there is buffering most of the point. so that is the problem which should be resolved. Uplink data rate is not good and there is lot of problem in uploading documents on the drives etc. so the Uplink data rate should be given given more. Also the downloading speed is not what it is expected to be. Sometimes the network goes off and wifi don't turn on. but this doesn't occur frequently so this can be redundant. If the issue doesn't get resolved they do register our comment and then engineer comes to resolve our issue. so overall we can say that the network availability is good but the downloading and uploading speed needs a improvement and customer service provided is efficient.
