I am using tikona since June. I selected plan of 3 months 3mbps by paying almost 2500/-. Within two months I have raised a complaint for atleast three times for no internet connectivity. Every time I contact them for technical support, they register my case and say that within few hours technician will be sent to my home but no one comes. Then they sent me message that the issue has been resolved.Nonsense. One month there was no internet connection. The speed is good whenever connected.
