It has been more than three days since they collected my samples still there has been no sign of reports. Their feedback systems and complaint systems are next to useless.
NO reply from any side. Feel like I am duped of my money. they were very quick in taking money and samples but are least interested in giving reports. Their staff is overworked and not at all motivated. Also their app shows no sign of report. Have been calling their complaint lines many times but they are always busy. They say they will revert back ut they dont. So do avoid thyrocare and do not repeat the same mistake as me
