We were in Mumbai last ween and my mom was needed to get hey thyroid report tested, so after searching over internet, I decided to get my mom's test done through Thyrocare as they were offering online reports and collection of sample from home.After I placed request online, they non professional staff came to my place to take samples.
He was not at all professional, he was talking over phone all the time.He even don't know how behave with patient.However he collected samples and left the home in hurry, after 4 hours I got report on mail after 4 hours.I was shocked as the data was no where near to my mom used to be, so I immediately contacted our physician in Ahmadabad and Forwarded the report to him. He said that the samples might be exchaned with someone else, that is the only reason we got wrong reports.
After this I called Thyrocare but their response after payment was even more rude.I would recommend any clinic over Thyrocare in Mumbai.
