One day, I was listening to the radio and heard an ad saying Think Thyroid, Think Thyrocare!
I visited the site of thyrocare and read all packages details on website but I was not sure which test to undergo.
So I called their customer care number regarding the test details and bookings. The executive has guided me properly through the process .
He also fixed my appointment for Sunday 9 AM, for Aarogyam 1.7 profile. The collection was done on time. Within 2 days, I received the softcopy of reports but then, there was no clue of the hard copy of the report. I read reviews on different platforms saying that Thyrocare has done this, has done that but in my case, they heard my complaint for not receiving the hardcopy and they sent the person to deliver my reports right at my place. I felt the team is ready to help but the only thing required by the customers is to reach them like I did.
