Thomas Cook charged 30% more than other international travel agents, even than we preferred this because they promised us to provide a very good accommodation in Pattaya & Bangkok and very good Jain food. But we felt cheated as they couldn’t fulfill their promises. They neither could provide good accommodation at both places nor could they provide Jain food for first 2 days. Hotel accommodations were hopeless. There was a NALA behind the hotel, no service to put the luggage in the room, no hot water, no proper AC and light in rooms and corridor, even no soap in the toilets. Food quality was also highly compromised.
