We recently had a fantastic tour to Switzerland through Thomas Cook as our tour operator. They had appointed a great tour leader Imran who was terrific in:
Systematic planning
Minimum to no wait times at most of the places due to prior experiences and knowledge about the place
High local knowledge about each place we visited
Excellent food eateries recommendations at each place(Especially INDIAN food)
Interesting new places which he had shown between travels
The success of the tour mainly depends on the tour leader and Imran was great at his work. In fact, we really missed him when we were leaving on our way back to INDIA.
Truely Thomas Cook is a World-class tour operator for hassle-free holidays.
We really look forward for many such tours in the near future with Imran again soon.
