Worst experience with the KPHB/Kukatpally branch. Review on Thomas Cook India

Hello Readers,

I had only one day to travel to USA, hence booked$500 buy transaction online and paid amount; selected Kukatpally branch as collection point.

After I receive email/sms I went to Kukatpally branch.here was interesting stuff.(it was like a government bank staff type of conversation)

I told one of the fellow that I am here to receive my dollars.I have shown the email I received for the transaction.

He told me that the respective employee didnot come today, come after 2 days or go to other branch either gachibowli or hi tech city branch.

I want to talk to manager on this, how can I go other branch If I selected to collect here, there is some body else should take care of absent person's work.as it is urgent to me.

He claimed that he is the manager of the branch, my bad!.he again told I deal with other department not responsible for foreign exchange transactions.I laughed at him how he become manager to the branch and telling that he is an employee of other department.as far as I know branch Manager means to manage everything .but he failed to be manager.

PARKING in KPHB is risk as you have to park on the road.

I went to collect money from hitech branch after argument with that manager.security persons are not allowed me with car inside as there is no specific PARKING reserved for them inside.oh my bad!.I have taken multiple rounds as I can't park near the traffic signal junction near hitech city .after multiple rounds reached shilparamam and paid 50 rs for parking from there walked to hitech branch in 45 degree centigrade heat(summer may you know how hyd works on).he took atleast 90 minutes settle me down.I have shown his my email with reference number that I paid money and thomas cook gave me reference number.they sent email to mumbai to confirm this transction.now Idea why they did so.

1. Even I have confirmed email of reference number why they sent email instead of checking in their system.

   
   




2. 45 minutes waited to get reply even after a phone talk done on this

   
   




3. They asked me h1b copy and contract with petitioner.it as may 2016.they asked me letter that I am travelling now .I don't know why they need this.

   
   




4. PARKING is the big problem with kphb and hitech branches.
