I am trying to connect with Thomas Cook for the past 20 days to know the details of Singapore.
There is no proper response from any one.
Every time they will reply telling we will arrange an callback which didnt happen for the past 20 days.
Even this competitive environment surprise that customer support, make a customer not even think next time for any trip.
Didnt expect this with such a big brand:(
