I got a very good tour manager too(kurshid) he is a awesome person help, charming, cheerful guy because of him we didn't had to run here and there for tickets and other things.
Thomas Coock includes all the things in the package which should be there.At end I would concluded that Thomas Cook is a nice company with good employees and one should not hesitate in going with Thomas Coock.
