Our Tour Program 7 days & 6 night,
Duration 10/6/17 to 16/6/17
Destination covered: Darjeeling, Kalimpany & Gangtok.
Tourists: Narendra Singh Deopa & Beena Deopa
We observed following difficulties during the tour:
- We remain in intense heat after checking out of Bagdogra airport because 2 members of the group had to come by a flight 2 hrs later.From 1:30 PM to 4: 00 PM we remain in open heat
- On 13/6/17 we reached Gangtok at 6:00 AM due to some disturbance. we waited for 5 hrs for room at Hotel Summit Denjong .To other surprise after 5 hrs, hotel manager informed me that my rooom has been cancelled by thomas cook on 12/6/17 by receiving email from thomas cook. It was mental as well as physical torture to me.
It was horrible experience being part of your agency .
We were travelling first time through your agency(Thomas Cook) & it was not a pleasure experience.
