EUROPE, well that’s a destination everyone wishes to visit at least once in a lifetime. We chose Thomas cook because of an earlier amazing experience. We were 11 of us and decided to go for Europe Avismarniya tour in May 2017 for 14 days/ 15 nights. We were actually quite tensed before the departure as there were lot of hassles relating to visa, tickets, bags etc. and were wondering whether we took the right decision to choose Thomas Cook but once the trip commenced, it was beyond what we expected! It helped that the weather was beautiful and luck was on our side for whole of 15 days. Our tour guide, Mr. Tushar Gaikwad, is an invaluable resource and is exceptional. Tushar knows each and every detail of every city we stayed in! He is epitome of patience and handled such a big group with such ease. He was very helpful with providing suggestions of places to do and see, helpful tips about local culture and provided informative facts about towns we passed by and history lessons of Europe during the drive. Thomas, our driver and was also phenomenal! He made the long bus drives peaceful and smooth. The trip truly is a "taste of Europe". Some of the destinations are very short, but the trip provides a quick view so you can see if you ever want to go back and visit with more time available. The hotels were all nice, most were outside of the cities. Indian food was nice but would have loved to have more of local cuisines. Very impressed with Thomas Cook and how every detail is planned, a schedule is maintained, and the tour is organized from start to finish but seriously need to address pre departure hassles travellers face. I will definitely consider another tour with them but want Mr. Tushar Gaikwad as our tour manager ?
