Promised a 3 star hotel in bangkok like ibis but provided pracpractically 0 star hotel named howard. The hotel didn't have a tea kettle within room. Hot water was provided in the lobby u goout of room and fill ur cup. By the time u reach in its cool.
No soap at wash basin to wash ur hands ster toilet.
Occasionly no water for taking a shower
Layout plan within the roon was hopeless. There were 3 tables haphazardly arranged. No double bed but two single beds put nearby No chairs within room. A stool was placeplaced in a corner.
An important safety lapse was 20th century lock at main door. If u simply pull the door and come our the door u can simply open it without a key. U have to latch it from inside and then pull it.
Locks of sliding windows were not operating.
AND WORST U GO& TELLAT THE RECEPTION THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE AND SAY OK OCCASIONLY BUT WON'T ATTEND TO ANY PROBLEM
