We 4 friends planned for Bangkok & Pattaya in Dec for Feb. Initially we were happy to see the response from TC but once we paid 100% advance everything was changed. TC had not provided hotel booking vouchers tickets VISA insurance one week before. After follow up they provided tickets & VISA(one of my friend got the VISA just 12 hours before the departure:) We were not aware with whom to follow/speak as they don't give their numbers to anybody- you may call to LL but nobody picks. We felt that coordination within TC is pathetic.
TC has tieup with Company call TravelBuzz at Thailand and this company arranged everything very well that's why I would our tour was successful but I will not rate more than 1.5 to TC because of their "Casual attitude and ignorance to Customer.
