We went for 6 day 5 nights ASIAN DAMAKHA TOUR through Thomas Cook. The tour was between 17th to 23rd Oct 2016.
Malaysia
1 day @ KL, 1 day @ Genting Islands(optional though) & 1 day to Malakka Straight+ Johar Bahru(Malaysia - Singapore Border).
Day 1 - KL local tour - 3/5 rating(We could hardly spend time @ Petronas Twin Towers & for shopping)
Day 2 - Batu Caves & Genting tour - 4/5 rating(This is the highlight of our Malaysia visit)
Day 3 - Malakka+ Johar Baru - 2/5 rating(This is completely out of sync itenary)
Singapore
1 day @ SG, 1 day @ Universal Studios(optional)+ 1 day(nothing to mention)
Day 4- SG Local tour - 3/5 rating(The tour started after half a day and Santosa Island(cable car) was the highlight. Marine Bay Stand was awesome. Singapore Flyer is something which cannot be explained but can only be experienced. Man made wonder.
Day 5 - Universal Studios - 5/5(The golden highlight of our tour and the entirely family can enjoy the theme based park). Though it comes for a premium, never miss this. Your kids will kiss you for ages if you get them there!
Day 6 - From 8 30 AM to 9 15 PM(IST) you will be in en-route hop flights Singapore to KL to Delhi.

==Tour MAnasultanger - Shraddha Deshpande::She is vivacious, ambitious, energetic, nonchalant, professional, dignified persona.
Challenge thrown to her was(1) messy Malaysian Local Guide,(2) Average Age Group was 60 years, arduous tour itenary, bad pre-booking experience for the customers.
Still she pulled through the adversity and did a great job!
Conclusion: My question to Thomas Cook! Why don't you take a premium and provide best hotels, pretty clear itenary, more time for local site seeing and local shopping and short fly back to customers home country?
The reason for average hotel, messy itenary, no time for shopping is due to extremely casual and unprofessional behavior by the pre booking team(Delhi Thomas Cook office) which is an unknown phenomenon for the Tour MAnasultanger. So the expectation, doesn't fit to what was delivered.
If I'm a CEO and serious about product delivery, I would review the entire ASIAN DHAMAKHA product(from pre booking stage) on what a customer wants to revive the product to deliver better.
In comparison to EUROPE PACKAGES, CHINA PACKAGES, ASIAN DHAMAKHA is given step motherly treatment since pre booking stage.!
