Friends, this was my first and bad experience with thomas cook. Guyz their tentative flight details if rescheduled have time gap of 6 hours or more.
Thomas cook is an reputed international company to travel on holidays. Although, I have very good experience within the tour, but I have faced a lot of unexpected tension while I was boarding the flight as I came to know from the voucher I got one day before that return flight timing from the portblair to delhi is rescheduled. I have booked my trip to andamans with the booking no. HN8EGJ of thomas cook. I am from jaipur. I had departure from ex delhi to andamans. I was given a mail in written by the representative from thomas cook, jaipur tower branch that the arrival after the tour at new delhi airport from port blair will be at 16: 50 on 25 nov, 16. On this basis, I already reserved two return flight ticket from new delhi to jaipur of indigo which was non refundable whose departure from IGI airport was 8: 20 PM on 25 nov, 16. But in voucher which I got one day before the tour beginning, it is mentioned that the arrival at new delhi airport will be at 23: 05 on 25 nov, 16. Hence due to this, my return air ticket from new delhi to jaipur was totally wasted. Then, I bought two 3AC train ticket from new delhi to jaipur. This train ticket amount is the amount, I also had to bear. I got the train which is 5'o clock on the next day 26 nov, 16 for which I have to wait for 6 hours at the railway station. Hence, I had to bear the time loss also. It flight details have to rescheduled it could be for half an hour or an hour or two hours but for 6 hours make someone helpless. It will be my pleasure to know if this review is useful to you. So guyz watch out for this.
