With reference to the above we(husband and wife) availed by paying INR 95360 We were told that the necessary travel vouchers will be released 3 day prior to departure. 8Feb there was no communication from Thomas Cook
Thomas Cook Rep Mr. Irfan(912261440214 repeatedly fail to answer my calls. I then through their site escalated to others Mr Mitesh(912242427393) called me and said he will investigate and reply. Till 9Feb 0800 AM there was no communication from Thomas Cook. At I called call centre 18002099100 where they said they would escalate as top priority and the necessary vouchers would be released before 12 noon. Till 1.30 PM neither email no vouchers released. Then I again escalated it by then they said it would be released at 7.00 PM Finally received necessary documents at 7.57 PM But I am writing this with much pain as they trauma I faced through the entire day. My blood pressure so intense that I felt sick. Thomas Cook India should not treat senior citizens like this.
