Our first group tour with Thomas Cook went quite well. Everything was well organised. Time was perfectly managed and almost every scenic site was covered. Our onsite tour manager Mrs Aruna was very cooperative, caring and compassionate yet professional till the core. However, the weather played a spoil sport at some sites and a little bit of flexibility in the iternary could have blunted these unavoidable hindrances.Otherwise everything went quite well.
