We vsited 5 countries England, France, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland with Thomas Cook India in 9 days. It was a wonderful trip. The itinerary was very well planed and we visited most important places in Europe. We were put up in the best possible hotel including Ibis. We were provided delicious Indian food for dinner each night. Road travel by luxurious Volvo and Mercedes coaches immensely added to the pleasure. Our tour manager Mr. Naresh Gadhiya showed exemplary leadership skills by manning a very diverse group from Mumbai, Delhi, Chenani, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Bhubneshwar. One senior couple from Delhi forgot their luggage at London Hotel and Mr Naresh arranged to deliver it back the same at Paris the very next day. It gave a huge comfort to the entire group. Mr Naresh also has great networking skills and he is able to arrange for quick check ins at Eiffel Tower, Disney World and good seating at Lido show in Paris. Thomas Cook has good reputation in Europe and it add pleasure to our trip. We enjoyed the trip to the fullest and it was a good value for money. Keep it up Thomas Cook.
